All items are shipped via a tracked courier. 99% of orders are sent via Evri Next Day delivery.

We may also use Royal Mail or Parcelforce

We would expect for your order to be delivered within 3 days after dispatch, a tracking number will be provided so you can keep track of your order.

Where an order needs to be packed into a bigger box these will be packed out with high quality timothy hay which is great to be fed to your small animals if they eat it.

If your order does not arrive within 5 days of you receiving your tracking number then please do contact us so we can check on it for you.
