Oh no, we are sorry to hear this. Orders should be delivered within 3 days of dispatch, however there may be a delay beyond our control. Let us know when your order has not arrived so we can check into this for you.

We dispatch orders 7 days a week.

Our main courier is Hermes as all items are tracked and orders are being delivered within 3 days of dispatch. We may use a different company if we feel it would speed up your order. This could be Parcelforce, DPD or Royal Mail

We use two types of bases. 1) Highest quality Timothy Hay (Green in colour, not like the brown one found in big pet stores) 2) A premium grain free pellet On this treats page we will tell you what base was used
